Returns, Withdrawal and Cancellations

Subject to statutory exceptions, consumers may exercise the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery without giving a reason. The request must be communicated to ZIKZANG through a written or durable-medium method.

Returned goods must follow the return instructions provided for the order. Any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be reflected where permitted by law.

Personalized goods and other statutory exceptions may not be eligible for withdrawal. Eligible refunds are processed using the legally required method and timing.
